Land Administration Manager manages the proper receiving, recording, documentation, and dissemination of all land agreements and land contracts.     SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
    This position supervises a team of Graduate Engineers, Project Engineers, CAD Technicians and/or Civil Designers. The PM also works with other PMs and internal teams to coordinate project completion. Including the H&H, Environmental, Planning and Survey teams.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
    Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas
    5-10 years work experience in civil engineering design for commercial/site and/or residential development projects (including paving, grading, drainage, water, sewer)

    2-5 years supervising project teams
