DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and for supervising gaming operations and personnel in an assigned area. Monitors and controls specific, assigned table games.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years multi-game dealing experience required.
Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Minimum of two (2) years direct leadership experience in training staff, assigning work, managing performance, and allocating resources.
Must possess extensive knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures.
Supervisor candidates must have knowledge of ALL games.
Must possess computer proficiency with Microsoft Word.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must possess excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
