Jaguar Land Rover Coral Gables, operated by THE COLLECTION, is set open on the corner of Ponce de Leon and US1 in Coral Gables in Fall 2022. The all-new eight story, 534,000 square foot facility will be built on THE COLLECTION’s previous pre-owned dealership site.

It will feature a 24-vehicle showroom, 45 air-conditioned service bays, storage for 840 cars, a detailing center and on-site parts department: making Jaguar Land Rover Coral Gables a one-stop destination.

The Sales Associate is expected to assess the requirements of the customer, suggest suitable products and alternative options, and make a good sales pitch, thus ensuring that both the consumer and the proprietor feel satisfied with the result and outcome. An extroverted personality will greatly contribute to the success of the Sales Associate.

Responsibilities

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Explain fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Offer test drives to all prospects and follows dealership procedure.
• Exhibit high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Attend product and sales training courses as requested by Sales Manager.
• Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc. and their benefits to customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available. 
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Individual must possess a valid driver’s license and operate standard and automatic vehicles.
• 3 years of automotive sales experience.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests.
• Able to handle stress of high customer demand.
• Must be people oriented, demonstrate strong leadership abilities.
• Must be able to attend to people's’ needs, requests or expressed wishes.
• As employees of THE COLLECTION, we must treat our customers as invited guests, own customer concerns, and provide personal attention.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, drive manual and standard transmissions, and walk throughout the dealership facility which includes the lot, showroom, service department, and office areas for most of the shift.
• Work shift is Monday through Saturday, 6 days a week. Weekly work hours average 45-55 per week.
