Land Support Agent Supervisor jobs in Daytona Beach, FL
Land Support Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the support and administration of all land related activities. Prepares special reports as required by management, reviewing all other specialized reports as well as lease and royalty paperwork, coordinating changes or corrections as required. Being a Land Support Agent Supervisor serves as a liaison to the legal department and land purchasing department to ensure that there are no land title or other land related issues. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Land Support Agent Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Support Agent Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Land Support Agent Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Customer Support Analyst Job Functions:
- Responds to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution
- Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed
- Assist clients, witnesses, and reporters with starting Remote Depo as needed
- Extensive knowledge on the ins and outs of remote tools including but not limited to Remote Counsel, Live Litigation, WebEx, and BOX
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Work with clients to resolve issues and ensure service is conducted with integrity and professionalism
REMOTE DEPO SUPPORT LINKS:
- Create and send Remote Depo links
- Stay up to date on scheduling changes/standing orders, and make appropriate adjustments to Remote Depo links
- Extensive knowledge on the ins and outs of remote tools including but not limited to Remote Counsel, Live Litigation, WebEx, and BOX
- Work with clients to resolve issues and ensure service is conducted with integrity and professionalism

Requirements
All you need to be a Customer Support Analyst High School Diploma! A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience, litigation experience is a plus.
