Land Support Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the support and administration of all land related activities. Prepares special reports as required by management, reviewing all other specialized reports as well as lease and royalty paperwork, coordinating changes or corrections as required. Being a Land Support Agent Supervisor serves as a liaison to the legal department and land purchasing department to ensure that there are no land title or other land related issues. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Land Support Agent Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Support Agent Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Land Support Agent Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. ```Duties:```
- Provide direct support and care to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help individuals with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Assist with transportation and accompany individuals to appointments or community outings
- Engage individuals in recreational activities and promote social interaction
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status

- Previous experience in direct support or patient care preferred
- First aid and CPR certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with individuals with autism
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor
