THE ROLE
The Product Knowledge Manager (PKM) will play a crucial role in elevating product-related knowledge across our organization’s functions and regions. By developing and implementing effective knowledge management frameworks, the PKM will optimize the resource efficiency, impact, and value in both product management and new product development endeavors across Land Life.
Other than that, you will:
Define and oversee product-related mandatory learning requirements for specific profiles and departments.
Coordinate training sessions and capacity-building initiatives across functions and regions.
Monitor and evaluate product-related knowledge levels, identifying and addressing knowledge gaps.
Stay updated on product-related developments and assess their relevance to Land Life's products and services.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and dissemination of product knowledge.

You have min. 3 years of experience and proven track record in applying knowledge management for complex, highly-regulated or financial products. This is a hard requirement.
You have a MSc level degree OR comparable knowledge in relevant fields (e.g. forestry, environmental management, finance, economics, etc.)
Working experience in forestry, financial, fintech, ESG, or carbon / environmental markets is an advantage.
You have strong communication and presentation skills, allowing you to effectively tailor messaging and contents to diverse audiences.
You are structured, patient and have eyes for details, essential for you to structurally monitor and improve the organizations’ knowledge level and applications.
