LPR Energy is a privately held upstream oil and gas company engaged in the acquisition, exploitation and development of conventional and unconventional assets in the Marcellus Shale and Permian Basin. We are also a leading mineral buyer in the Appalachian basin, focused on acquisitions throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.

Responsibilities include:

· Interact and negotiate with landowners

· Lead generation and cold calling

· Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, leases, and other types of oil and gas agreements

· Provide administrative support and record keeping to land department

· Obtain necessary curative documents

· Gather, organize and analyze title documents to assess rights information

· Perform heirship searches

· Perform other land management activities

· Limited travel, must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Skills:

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Strong negotiation skills

· Knowledge of oil and gas title, leases, and other related agreements

· Experience with Adobe Acrobat

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)

· Advanced phone skills

· Ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
