Lawn Service Manager manages the daily activities of workers engaged in pruning trees and shrubs, cultivating lawns, and applying pesticides and other chemicals according to service contract specifications. Develops and implements policies and procedures for the unit. Being a Lawn Service Manager may require an associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Generally manages a group of nonexempt employees. Additionally, Lawn Service Manager relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to a senior manager. Description
- Daily roll out of technical staff - coaching and training through the season
- Ensure technician follow company guidelines for uniform and vehicle cleanliness
- Routine maintenance of spreaders and machinery
- Production and Sales Deliverable
- Quality Control of Services provided by technical staff following company guidelines
- Completion of onsite customer inspections, communicating with the customers the needs of their lawns
- Manage budgeted numbers for product usage and technician calibration daily
- Other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet company goals
This is a professional lawn care position requiring a neat appearance
