Lawn Service Manager jobs in Georgia

Lawn care technicians would be responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable lawn for our customers. You will work with lawnmowers, blowers, edgers, and weed eaters. Other equipment commonly used would be shrub trimmers, ladders, and tarps. Current responsibilities would include mowing, edging, blowing, applying pine straw, removing debris, trimming shrubs, leaf clean-ups, and applying mulch. We have routine maintenance customers which include mowing, edging, and blowing only Monday through Wednesday, and bigger clean-up jobs which are typically scheduled on Thursday and Friday.

Job Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to and from the office (required)
• Experience with lawn equipment (recommended but not required). We will provide on-the-job training to gain knowledge on the equipment we use.

Our company is looking to hore someone part-time at the moment however the position would upgrade to full time in the near future. Our busy months typically are March to November. We are hoping to accumulating enough work to continue work throughout the winter months.

Hours can be flexible and days worked can be flexible as well (if discussed upfront). Typically, we like to begin work at 8 or 9 am, and depending on how fast the route gets completed would be when you are finished for the day. Currently, we are PFP which is Pay for Performance. The more efficient you are, the more you get paid. If you would like to know more information regarding that system just let me know.

We are a drug free company so all new hires will be required to provide an updated background check as well as consent to random drug screens to ensure we are upholding the companies values.
