Work outside and keep in great physical condition while maintaining professional lawns and landscapes at residential and commercial properties in the greater Northeast Wisconsin area. Interact with customers and other crewmembers to provide optimum services. Attend and comprehend directions from A.M. Meeting, clientele worksheets, and Department Supervisor. Execute proper landscape maintenance techniques. Implement proper trimming, weeding, pruning, and clean-up techniques for many different types of properties. Perform and direct accurate lawn grooming techniques with strong attention to detail utilizing mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other small machinery and equipment. Perform with strong attention to detail and personal record keeping. Each D&D member has great attendance and strong work ethic attitudes. There is a distinguished willingness to learn proper techniques and accurately train other D&D members including the correct and safe operation of all hand tools, power tools, and machinery. Will routinely load/unload vehicles (including tractors onto trailers) and safely transport equipment and materials to job site. Individuals must be physically capable of properly lifting heavy materials on a regular basis.

• 2-years Lawn Maintenance experience a plus
• Class D License – Regular (Auto, Light Truck, Moped)
• Have at least 2 or 3 industry related references
• Must be able to read – understand – write English
• Must be highly organized and capable of multi-tasking & delegating to others
• Must proficiently communicate with clients and colleagues

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
