Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Associate to join our team at our small family owned business. This position is for Customer Service as well as a digital finger-printer. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers upon entry
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with orders, refunds, and exchanges
- Operate point of sale system (POS System)
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records in the database
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Operate fingerprinting system
- Take fingerprints on customers
- Maintain a clean work environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.50 per hour
