Prioritized must haves for the Business Analyst:

#3. Business Analyst and Project Management (Waterfall and Agile) experience are required

Requirements for the Business Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with over 5 years of relevant experience in the financial sector.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Access, SharePoint, Teams, SQL, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), with intermediate programming skills in Excel and Access.
• Required experience in Business Analysis and Project Management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
• Experience in loan operations is preferred, with at least a fundamental understanding of the workflow for bilateral, syndicated, or agency loans.
• Familiarity with Loan IQ (version 6 or later) is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies and process enhancements.
• Resourceful with a knack for developing creative problem-solving solutions.
• Experience in testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus.
• Excellent time management abilities.

• Hybrid Schedule - Must be able to commute to the office a few times per week
