We are seeking a Jr. IT Analyst who evaluates, implements, and supports technology systems within an organization. Their responsibilities will involve analyzing and supporting QCWIB's current technological landscape, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending new systems and tools to optimize operations.

System Evaluation:

• Assess existing software, hardware, and IT systems under the leadership of CTO
• Identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.

Problem-Solving:

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
• Develop strategies to address organizational challenges using technology.

Research and Recommendations:

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.
• Recommend new tools or upgrades to improve efficiency and productivity.

Implementation:

• Coordinate the deployment of new systems or updates.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders during implementation.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze technical data to generate insights.
• Use data to support business decisions and optimize technology usage.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.

Training and Support:

• Provide user training for new systems.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in IT systems i.e. WordPress, WP Plugins, software, hardware, and data analysis tools.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex systems and data.
• Problem-Solving: Creative solutions for technical and business challenges.
• Communication: Strong ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

2-4 Year College Degree or Equivalent Certifications, Excellent verbal and written communication skills. WordPress a Plus! ECommerce Experience a plus. Direct Applicants Only, No Agencies.
