JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently expanding our business, and are seeking experienced bridge builders that are capable of running projects and have the ambition and drive to be superintendents in the near future. Lead men are expected to be either a skilled carpenter or NCCCO operator that is able to lead the crew and act as superintendent if the project superintendent is unavailable for any reason. Skills should include complete understanding of all applicable contract documents, able to coordinate with subcontractors and material suppliers, capable leader able to manage a crew of 5-10 employees.
