Lead Construction Representative jobs in Salem, NH
Lead Construction Representative schedules all site inspections and reviews inspection reports to ensure adherence to project specifications. Responsibilities also include assisting field inspectors with various problems, approving expenses and overtime claims, and preparing summary reports. Being a Lead Construction Representative requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Lead Construction Representative typically requires 10+ years of related experience. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Works autonomously. Job Description
Applicants must be capable of providing excellent workmanship on a consistent basis. In addition, we approach every job as a team. We all succeed together to meet the needs of our clients. Lead carpenters must be able to lead projects, support their teams, and provide on-the-job coaching and corrections for finish and apprentice carpenters.
$32 - $40 / Hour
Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm with rotating Saturday responsibilities. Overtime is available and encouraged!
Qualifications
Experience in the following areas is required:
- Interior finishes (doors, millwork, crown molding, cabinetry)
- Custom bathrooms
- Basement build-outs
- Framing: floors, walls, roofs, stairs
- Exterior finishes: decks, railings, fascia, soffits, siding, windows, doors
Additional Certifications (must be in-hand or completed within 3 months of hire):
- OSHA 30 - required
- HIC - optional
- CSL - optional
- Thermatru Certification - required
- Hilti - optional
- Lead Paint - optional
