    Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

    · 4 years of experience as a successful Community Manager preferred

    · Experience managing 200 units or more

    · Ability to lead, mentor and develop a team.

    · Proven track record of marketing plan implementation.

    · Capital projects and maintenance knowledge.

    · Ability to manage a financial plan.

    · Strong technical skills and experience with Resman is a plus!

    · Exceptional customer service skills with a quick problem-solving approach.

    · Have an eye for detail and commitment to curb appeal standards.

    · Desire to learn and grow within an award-winning organization.

    · Experience with renovation projects and capital projects preferred.

    Compensation Package

    Compensation is determined by work experience, previous success, and educational progress. Lead Equity Group offers team members a generous benefit package including paid-time-off, accruing of sick days, health insurance, & performance bonus structure.

    Job Type—Full Time

    Experience:

    · Property Management experience 4 years or more

    · Workforce experience 7 years or more

    · Previous Leasing/Assistant Mgr experience is helpful

    Education:

    · Industry Certifications helpful (CAM, NALP, CPM)College Hours in progress or Associates/Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

    · Bilingual (helpful)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $43,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

    Benefits:

    • Paid time off

    Schedule:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Monday to Friday
    • Weekends as needed

    • Associate (Required)

    • Property Management: 4 years (Required)

    License/Certification:

    • Driver's License (Required)
