Salary
Salary Range: $85,000- $111,000/Annualized, commensurate with education, experience and qualifications.
Hours per Week
Exempt Position: 40 hours per week.

Essential Functions
Function: Work with a strong, collaborative technology group and serve as a process authority that will ensure the values, principles, and practices of the Cybersecurity Manufacturing Innovation Institute (CyManII) are enacted and followed. Work will be done with other Agile Leads to ensure knowledge transfer and culture improvements.
Scope:Coordinate processes, values, and procedures amongst Institute technical team members and affiliates and will organize distribution through internal and external channels, while collecting systematic input and guidance on products, and approaches.
Typical:
1. Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Technical Team.
2. Engage the product owner to ensure they have the ability to arrange the product backlog to maximize value.
3. Support the product owner with effective product backlog management skills and knowledge.
4. Assist the technical team with understanding the need for clear and concise product backlog items.
5. Serve the technical team with coaching in self-management and cross-functionality.
6. Help the technical team with creation of high value products.
7. Safeguard the removal of impediments to ensure consistent flow and product.
8. Coach the technical team in an environment where Agile processes are not yet fully adopted or understood.
9. Facilitate Scrum events as required.
10. Perform assessment techniques to ensure effectiveness.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, project management, or other related field.
- 4 - 8 years of professional experience with exposure to Agile, Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management methods.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to balance complex information with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positive "can-do" attitude and creative with excellent presentation and communication skills including strong persuasive techniques.
- Personal computer, Microsoft Office Suite, online learning platforms, and standard office equipment.
- Demonstrated excellent written and very strong verbal communications skills.
- Strong collaborative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High degree of interpersonal skills for coaching individuals and teams, and comfortable with communication to all levels of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and manufacturing fields.
- Experience working with the advanced manufacturing industry, cybersecurity, and engineering disciplines.
- Scrum master or Agile certification.
- Working with research organizations or institutions.
Working Conditions
This position will be primarily located:
Remote: Primarily works from a remote location and rarely needs to be on campus. Travel and parking, expenses are the employee's responsibility. Applicants must be adaptable and open to working in both environments.
