Lead Officer

• Supervise security staff o enforce company and facility rules and regulations.
• Assist with needed changes to cover unscheduled absences. 
• Oversees the daily workflow of all security personnel at the facility.
• Assists in training of new hires as well as refresher training for all personnel.
• Works and communicates with Account Manager to ensure contract compliance.

Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.
