We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our Marketing team! The ideal candidate will design engaging and user-friendly digital assets, including emails, landing pages, website banners, and social media posts. Your ability to analyze website data and improve designs based on user behavior will be crucial to enhancing our digital presence.

What you'll do:

• Design responsive and visually appealing emails that drive conversions.
• Create and optimize landing pages to enhance user experience and customer acquisition.
• Develop website banners and digital assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Design creative and engaging social media content to increase brand awareness.
• Analyze website performance and user behavior to make data-driven design improvements.
• Conduct A/B tests to evaluate design effectiveness and optimize user experiences for conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on marketing projects.
• Prior experience developing responsive designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and user behavior analytics.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar is a plus.
