The role reports to the Quality Manager and is located in Senatobia, Mississippi.

• Process Improvement - Evaluate and measure wastes in the production line through time keeping
• Process Improvement - Eliminate or reduce waste by applying lean manufacturing tools (such as: spaghetti diagram, line balancing, 7 wastes, kaizen, 5's, standard work)
• Presentation Skills - Weekly report out to site management
• Lean Six Sigma - Project development using DMAIC approach
• Change Management - Challenge status quo and collaborate with production employees to implement changes

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in the US
• Must be currently authorized to work for ABB in the US
