A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A JOB COORDINATOR

The typical schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. As a Job Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in our operations by overseeing various critical tasks, including invoicing for new construction and replacement jobs, efficiently dispatching assignments, managing warranty registrations, and ensuring timely permit filings. Your close collaboration with our sales team and project managers is essential in maintaining a smooth workflow and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
