Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate data entry and ensure timely updates across databases and systems.
• Develop and maintain data tracking tools and dashboards for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to identify data-related issues and propose solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of data reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support data analysis initiatives by providing accurate and relevant data.
• Document data processes and create training materials for team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in data coordination, data entry, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with database management systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
