Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Control Manager to join our team. The Inventory Control Manager will lead a team of receivers and material handlers for a fast-paced modular manufacturing company. Will report to the Director of Purchasing.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record in inventory control.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and record new stock as it arrives and move it to its designated stocking areas.
• Monitor stock levels at each location ensuring that it gets replenished on a timely basis to avoid disruption of the production line.
• Communicate daily with various department leads and the purchasing department to identify any potential material issues and actions to resolve.
• This ideal individual is well trained in construction materials and their uses.
• Is comfortable with computers and data entry.
• Will be recording material moves and keep up to date records.
• Have strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Must be able to manage multiple moving pieces, people , and material receipts as well maintaining proper records of equipment maintenance.
• Must be a creative problem solver and be self-motivated.
• Must exhibit critical thinking and establish action plans and routinely assess their effectiveness.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for inventory control processes
• Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
