As a Manufacturing Tech, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining bullet manufacturing machinery. Your keen eye for quality control will ensure that each bullet meets our rigorous standards. You will work closely with our team of engineers to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the efficiency of our manufacturing operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for the safe handling and storage of all bullet components and finished products.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain bullet manufacturing machinery.
• Perform quality control inspections on finished products.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of production data.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Safely handle and store bullet components and finished products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
