Catapult Learning is looking for a qualified and experienced Human Resources Coordinators to support the hiring and onboarding team in the West. This position works closely with the West Recruiting Team, HR department and Program Supervisors to assist with onboarding and hiring and will be a point of contact for all new hires. This is a full-time, temporary position with an estimated end date of TBD. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be an advanced communicator.

Job Duties:

Assists with recruiting, onboarding, and hiring duties, including I-9 and E-verify processes

Screen resumes
-
Submit prescreen questionnaires to qualified applicants
-
Utilizes JobVite, Google docs, UltiPro, and other systems
-
Utilizes Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
-
Creates and processes correspondences
-
Route offers and revises offers
-
Enters data into a database
-
Monitor recruiting and hiring trackers
-
Monitors and attest background checks
-
Verifies credentials of potential candidates
-
Performs reference and background checks
-
Communicates with hiring team and new hires

Completes other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
Associate's Degree or higher
-
A minimum of one year of HR experience

Experience within the education industry is a plus

Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills

Must have proven ability to work well under pressure, take initiative, and work independently

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Must have strong attention to detail and desire to work in fast-paced environment
