Learning Coordinator jobs in Roswell, NM

• Augment the Operations Manager to include assisting with defining project objectives, ensuring that staff are on task and meeting deliverables and project deadlines, maintain the vehicle fleet and submit records to management team 
• Serve as Operations Manager back up when OM is unavailable, exclusive of any fiduciary approval authority 
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams to achieve performance targets
• Oversee vendors and visitors doing work within the facility, and advise management of any facility issues, open and close the facility when symposiums are in session 
• Provide any necessary support to the Logistics Coordinator, Alumni Coordinator, and Training Coordinator with symposia organization, planning and communications with (but not limited to) travel organizers, caterers, transportation services, hotels, and foreign embassy personnel to answer questions and obtain necessary documents or information 
• Other duties as assigned 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred OR a combination of education and experience which furnishes the appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position (minimum 10 years professional experience)
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, as well as customer service skills due to daily interaction with various levels of rank, authority, positions, both military and civilians, international and domestic

Experience:

• Experience working with groups of people from culturally diverse backgrounds
• Experience drafting US government reports and documents preferred
• Experience with task management
