Across the nation, students of all ages attend our learning center to get back on track towards educational success. You can help children realize their educational potential by becoming a part-time Learning Center Program Coordinator at the North Dallas location, located at the intersection of Preston and Forest. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 
    * Monitor center activity during active tutoring hours
    * Work closely with students: administer academic evaluations and assist new students
    * Assist full-time staff in monitoring student progress and program outcomes
    * Front desk duties: greeting families, answering and directing calls, coordinating office activities
     
    REQUIREMENTS:
    * Bachelor’s degree preferred
    * Ability to work 15-20 hours per week (priority times being after school, evenings, and one weekend day)
    opportunity to work more hours as needed
    * Excellent communication and listening skills with both adults and children
    * Familiarity with computers and experience with Microsoft Office and Internet applications
    * Patience, enthusiasm, willingness to work with children on several academic levels
    * Reliable transportation

    * Prior teaching experience is a plus.

    Center Hours:
    Monday-Thursday 10:00-8:30pm
    Friday 10:00-6:00pm
    Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm
    Sunday 1:30pm-5:30pm

    Successful candidates must be customer service oriented and have a high level of enthusiasm, an outgoing and confident personality, and the ability to motivate others and work in a team environment.
