Lease Administrator prepares leases/subleases and other related documents. Maintains and updates the lease activities in a database. Being a Lease Administrator maintains relationship with the landlords and occupants. Ensures accuracy of documents and financial records. Additionally, Lease Administrator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Lease Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Lease Operator Assignment Scope:
* Responsible for well operations, gas lifted wells, three phase separation, gas compression, minor maintenance of valve, pumps and rotating equipment and assisting the other operators and craft personnel in their duties.
* Prepares for and performs maintenance, taking readings, doing rounds, following procedures.
* Proactively monitors well and equipment performance, take appropriate action to maximize production.
* Works with Optimization team to optimize production performance.
* Interfaces with Engineering for data gathering requests.
* Tracks compression data.
Required and Preferred Skills and Experience
* Provides technical and/or administrative support.
* 3 years of direct experience required.
* Demonstrates the ability to learn terminology, applications and standard procedures for performing the job function.
* Performs routine, basic office/field tasks using established procedures.
* Gas compression experience is preferred
*Experience in working with ultrafabs
*Preferred experience with Amine plants
*Will be required to work in sour locations
*Fit testing will be provided and must be maintained
