Leasing Administration Manager supervises a team of leasing administrators to ensure monthly rents are paid and all leasing activities are in accordance with policies and guidelines. Coordinates charges with landlords and works with senior management on occupancy decisions. Being a Leasing Administration Manager oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Leasing Administration Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Leasing Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     Job Description:

    A successful applicant will be able to create and maintain a well merchandised store with a fully trained staff that can achieve our goal of “Exceptional Customer Service". Attain sales and profitability goals of your location by using all the tools available and by coordinating the efforts of your staff. Attain individual skill sets preparing for and leading to being qualified to become a District Manager. Maintain excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.

    Responsibilities also include:

    • Provide professionalism and leadership by example by following all tools available
    • Responsible for store profitability and productivity through Manager Performance Summary, Store Performance Summary and weekly scheduling adjustments (Paycom) based on weekly sales targets
    • Insure store is opened and closed at published hours
    • Maintain excellent communications with District Manager and all assigned employees to continually improve location service levels, productivity and profitability.
    • Attend one session of all weekly Company Store Group meetings presented on the web (WebEx) and properly schedule all staff members to attend at least one of those sessions.
    • Manage location cleanliness, store security and maintaining a safe working environment
    • Plan and facilitate all Team sales and operations meetings (daily store huddles).
    • Properly train and delegate workload and assignments.
    • Manage an accurate inventory.
    • Timely follow up on all customer service issues (Exceptional Customer Service).
    • Yearly employee “Performance Reviews" and action plans for consistent team growth.
    • Encourage and promote customer training by meeting Tech Expo goals for your location.
    • Yearly Team goal setting and creating plans with store team to meet these goals.
    • Employee recruitment, proper employee interviews and hiring.
    • Keep management informed of competition and sharing all “best practices" with the rest of the company team.
    • Promote the Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper commercial and retail marketing programs as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    • Valid Driver’s License
      • No major violations
      • No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
      • No more than one at-fault accident
    • Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
    • Pass Physical & Drug Screen
    • Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms
    • Interest in Automotive Car Care
    • Must receive ASE Certification within 9 month of employment
