Position Overview:

As a Leasing Coordinator, you'll be the face of our leasing operations, interacting with prospective tenants, building resident relationships, and working with our property managers to ensure our communities are best in class.

Responsibilities:

leasing activities, tenant orientations, renewal leases, assisting in resident events and providing stellar customer service. You'll work alongside the property manager in fostering a culture that increases resident retention.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of local rental market trends, regulations, and best practices.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Residential Department Manager
