Leasing Assistant

The Shoreline Corporation has an opening at Piano Craft Guild apartments for a full-time Leasing Assistant. We are hiring a Leasing Assistant to join our team and elevate our leasing and marketing efforts. Piano Craft is managed by The Shoreline Corporation which is a Cambridge, MA based property management firm. Piano Craft Guild is a lively apartment building located in the the heart of the South End. We offer an enjoyable, dynamic team work environment. We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic, an energetic personality and experience with customer service.

As the Leasing Assistant, you will spend the majority of your time marketing and promoting the community by following up on leads, scheduling and conducting tours with prospective residents and processing applications. You will manage the leasing process from start to finish. Working together with the property management team, you will provide an exceptional resident experience.

Assist in administrative responsibilities including processing accounts payables and receivables, etc. Must have strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task. Successful candidates will be eager to learn tasks and responsibilities.

· Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers including Microsoft Office, calendar management, software/databases

· Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Experience with marketing and ability to maintain our social media presence while showcasing your creative side

· You are flexible and able to juggle appointments and personal interactions with coworkers, residents, and prospects smoothly

· You are creative and enjoy coming up with smart solutions to new challenges

· You are a team player and enjoy delivering the best experience to current and prospective residents

· You are motivated and strive to reach goals and positive outcomes

· You have good judgement and are solution-oriented

Flexible work schedule of up to 40 hours/week to be determined.
