Attention college students and retirees! Join our client's west side residential leasing team!   Experiencing growth, they are seeking a motivated part-time leasing assistant to join their team. Monday and Wednesday, 8am to 5pm. Saturday is from 10am-3pm. Sunday hours required during the summer months. This position will run through Fall 2024.

Position Overview: As a part-time leasing assistant, you will play a vital role in our leasing operations. You'll work closely with our leasing team to assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to move-in. This role offers flexible hours, making it an ideal opportunity for students, retirees, or anyone seeking part-time employment in the property management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet prospective residents and assist them with inquiries about available units, amenities, and leasing procedures.

· Conduct property tours, showcasing the features and benefits of our community.

· Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.

· Assist with the completion of leasing paperwork and ensure all required documents are accurately completed.

· Coordinate and schedule appointments for property viewings and lease signings.

· Follow up with prospective residents to answer questions and encourage lease signings.

· Maintain an organized and inviting leasing office environment.

· Collaborate with the leasing team to meet leasing goals and occupancy targets.

· Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and leasing strategies.

· Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in customer service, sales, or property management preferred but not required.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and property management software is a plus.

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
