    Responsibilities

    Supporting Managers and Account Project Managers in various tasks, including:

    • Setting up and tracking collocation projects.
    • Handling application re-approvals.
    • Creating and retrieving documents.
    • Issuing notices to proceed.
    • Managing rights of first refusal.
    • Maintaining engineering load lists.
    • Conducting post-installation audits.
    • Calculating asset integrity and processing purchase orders.

    Submitting applications into the Online Application system by reviewing customer's tower and ground equipment configuration.

    Assembling and delivering/uploading customer documents, including PO requests and lease packages.

    Coordinating the uploading of documents and data into internal and external systems.
