The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) Anchorage International Airport is looking for an Airport Leasing Specialist 2 to help us Keep Alaska Moving!
This position is responsible for drafting leasing contracts, contract amendments, permits, and right-of-way agreements by stipulating the term of the contract, calculating square footage, computing rental fees, determining public notice requirements, and drafting instructions for the preparation of appropriate exhibits. You will serve as one of the States valued agents for State-owned lands and facilities. You will administer the leasing of airport space and property for commercial and private use, along with the issuance of business activity permits. You will also evaluate requests for changes to lease agreements and sub-leases, ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions, and resolve problems and conflicts with lessees.
