Responsibilities:
Implementation Specialists play a crucial role in the successful adoption and utilization of the Anybill service for both new and existing clients. This position bridges our solution with the client’s needs, ensuring that services are configured, deployed, and functioning according to the client’s specifications. Their responsibilities involve a blend of project management and client communication, aiming to deliver a smooth transition and enable clients to maximize the benefits of new technologies and processes. Initially, the role focuses on gaining a deeper understanding of the Anybill service and the implementation process, assisting in onboarding new clients onto the Anybill platform, participating in the foundational stages of projects, and supporting senior team members.
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree – qualified candidates will hold a secondary degree in an appropriate area. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
· 1 years of Corporate/Office work experience related to Customer Service.
Professional Skills:
· Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Applications.
· Excellent interpersonal, written, and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and communicate multiple tasks at a given time.
· An ability to learn and be coachable within a team setting.
· Strong attention to detail; takes the time and effort to ensure that work is accurate and high quality, with ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
· Demonstrated ability to self-start, collaborate, coordinate, and communicate effectively with all levels of client and client partners, as well as leadership.
· Good Typing Speed (50-60 WPM).
Salary:
$50K - $55K (based on experience)

Location
This role will be categorized as Hybrid with 3 days in the office. The office locations are Herndon Va and Wharf DC until December 2024, then transfer to Bethesda MD in 2025.
