A&M Law is looking for a Legal Assistant for our growing office located in the heart of Downtown Missoula. We are seeking someone with strong verbal and written communication skills who can assist our attorneys with organization, file management, and other administrative tasks. Prior law firm experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job Duties Include:

• Answering and making phone calls.
• Answering and writing emails.
• Managing calendars.
• Assisting attorneys with drafting documents and letters.
• Maintaining client confidentiality.
• Running local errands, such as to the post office or bank.
