The firm of Heavner, Beyers & Mihlar, has established itself as a leader in the representation of mortgage lenders and servicers in residential and commercial foreclosures and other real estate and financial services matters in both Illinois and Missouri. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a positive team environment, with robust training and ongoing professional support. We currently have an open position on our Decatur foreclosure team. In this position, you will assist our Illinois foreclosure attorneys with various stages of the process, including scheduling matters, drafting pleadings, maintaining client contact, and coordinating court calendars and appearances. Heavner prides itself on providing top quality service to its clients and thrives on its team atmosphere.
