We are currently seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to join our dedicated team in the Charlotte (Southpark) area. As a Legal Assistant you are responsible for providing support to attorneys assisting with all aspects of immigration law. We encourage candidates with administrative and clerical experience to apply. We will provide on the job training!

Job responsibilities include:

• Maintain high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive organization information
• Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional and kind manner.
• Meets with supervisor to discuss assigned cases or projects.
• Assist with preparing, drafting, and proofreading documents for immigration
• Assemble cases for review and filing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update legal databases and document management systems
• Other duties as assigned

• Computer Skills – Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
