Legal Assistant jobs in Wilmington, NC

A full-service creditor’s rights firm is seeking a legal assistant to assist in the area of evictions and collections. The successful applicant will be able to perform a number of duties including reviewing documents, drafting documents, contacting and updating the court system, making copies, e-filing, assisting with the mail, participation in large scale projects, and direct client communication. Applicants will have the opportunity to work alongside our attorneys and paralegals in order to gain a full picture of the creditor’s rights practice area and the daily experience of a thriving boutique legal practice. Law firm experience is preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
