As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and dedicated Family Law Associate to join our Florida office.

As a Family Law Associate at Family First Legal Group, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and domestic violence cases. You will be responsible for managing your caseload, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, representing clients in court, and providing compassionate counsel to clients throughout their legal journey. There are countless families in Collier, Lee and Charlotte Counties that need our continued support. Location: This position is offered as a hybrid position, requiring travel to our Naples, FL or Cape Coral, FL office locations for in-person Client meetings as well as travel to in-person court events. If fully in-office is preferred, we can accommodate this at our Naples, FL office location.

Desired Experience:

We are seeking a full-time, well-rounded, experienced Family Law Attorney. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Family Law and license to practice in Florida is required for this position.

Your passion for family law should be complemented by a deep understanding of the law and demonstrated compassion and empathy for Clients. The right candidate for this position should exhibit the following: ability to work independently, strong litigation and courtroom experience, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively, collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and be a team player.

Family First Legal Group is a fully electronic firm meaning we are paperless as much as possible. Strong technical abilities and familiarity with county judicial websites, working knowledge of Google and Google Products (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar), as well as Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is typically within $75,000.00-$95,000.00, which is accompanied by performance-based bonuses and other incentives. The individuals’ pay, including bonuses and incentives, is based on various factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. Additional benefits we supply are 401(k) with employer match, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, flexible schedules, and the ability to work from home.
