What You Can Expect
Our mortgage coordinator eagerly assists mortgage operation personnel with construction draw management, appraisal coordination and reporting verification.
Location & Schedule Availability
- South Ogden, Utah
- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
- Oversee and manage construction loan draws for residential projects.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, compliance is met and disbursements are handled in a timely manner, based on project inspections.
- Act a primary contact for ordering and tracking appraisals, ensuring appraisals received withing required time frames.
- Review appraisal and inspection reports for accuracy, verify alignment with industry standards.
- Provide consistent member follow-up.
- Comply with all regulations as required by law.
- Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
Experience, Education & Certification
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years mortgage lending experience preferred
Physical Abilities & Working Conditions
Ability to talk, hear, sit, use hands to feel and reach with arms. Ability to stand, walk, kneel and crouch occasionally. Ability to lift at least 25 pounds. Occasional snow shoveling may be required.
