As the Operating Room RN Director, you will oversee all surgical operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement surgical protocols, enhance operational efficiency, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Your strategic vision and clinical expertise will be instrumental in advancing our surgical services and achieving the financial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and control OR, PACU, SSU, Endoscopy, and PAT departments
• Develop and report PI projects to Quality/Risk Management quarterly
• Achieve financial and operational goals for the surgical services departments
• Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer with minimal supervision
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

The ideal Operating Room RN Director will meet the following requirements: 

• Current Oklahoma State Nursing lincense
• Bachelor's degree in nursing 
• Minimum of three years of experience in the OR with supervisory/management responsibilities
• Proven track record of excellence in surgical practice, leadership, and management
