Umpqua Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive mental health services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest level of patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose a wide range of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on thorough assessments, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences.
• Collaborate with team managers, agencies, and patient relatives to ensure adherence to treatment plans and promote continuity of care.
• Provide crisis intervention, short-term and long-term psychotherapy, and psychotherapeutic treatment to patients in individual and group settings.
• Exhibit awareness and sensitivity towards cultural and socioeconomic diversity in patient care, ensuring services are accessible and appropriate for all patients.
• Maintain punctuality in patient appointments with meticulous documentation and charting practices, adhering to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, clinical staff, and community organizations to enhance patient care through interdisciplinary collaboration and resource coordination.
• Demonstrate emotional resilience and stability when working with patients in crisis situations, maintaining professionalism and therapeutic boundaries at all times.
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, including compliance with legal and ethical standards related to patient care and confidentiality.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid and unrestricted Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW).
• Proven clinical work experience in a social service or healthcare setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ability to empathize and maintain professionalism with patients in various emotional states.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and familiar with electronic health record systems.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to social work and mental health services.
