Prepares patients and equipment for therapy and implements treatment plans as instructed, including exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment. Being a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant records patient's reaction to treatment and provides status reports at the end of each treatment to the physical therapist. Requires an associate degree. Additionally, Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant requires State physical therapist assistant license. Typically reports to a physical therapist. CPTE is now hiring a passionate and dedicated outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team at our partner clinic, Gilford Physical Therapy and Spine Center. In this role, you will provide quality, evidence-based, and individualized programs of physical therapy that include assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to help patients achieve optimal recovery and well-being. Your caseload will be primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal diagnoses as well as vestibular and other conditions.
