Licensed Practical Nurse administers nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisor. Provides basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering medication, and collecting specimens. Being a Licensed Practical Nurse ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients by assisting with bathing, feeding, and dressing. Monitors and reports changes in patient's condition to supervisor. Additionally, Licensed Practical Nurse requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor. Requires graduation from approved LPN educational program. Requires a state license to practice. Licensed Practical Nurse's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. We are a correctional healthcare provider with a regional focus on our clinics in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas Jails and Detention Centers. Our team oversees the day-to-day healthcare operations in facilities with inmate populations ranging from 25 to nearly 2,800 inmates. Our medical staff are afforded the opportunity to utilize their medical skills to their fullest capacity in a safe, secure, and unconventional environment.

Location: Saline County Jail, Benton AR
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
- 12-hour day shift
- Rotating Weekends
- Vaccines not mandatory

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for rendering nursing care in assigned area in terms of individualized client needs, according to dependent and independent nursing functions and conformance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards based on the scope of practical nursing, under the direction/delegation of the registered nurse.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid, unrestricted LPN license
- Current CPR
- Ability to pass a background check
