Centurion is proud to be the provider of medical services to the Hennepin County Department of Community Corrections.

We are currently seeking a full-time (36 hours) evening Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Hennepin County Department of Community Corrections Adult Correction Facility located in Plymouth, Minnesota.   

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Minnesota LPN license or ability to obtain license
• Certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Shift: 

• 8 hour day/evening shift working every Saturday and Sunday
• Days:  7:00am to 3:30pm
• Evenings:  3:00pm to 11:30pm
