Life Underwriting Manager jobs in Florence, SC

• Creating and serving guests ice cream and other sweet treats like milkshakes, banana splits, sundaes, and cookies.
• Greeting customers with a smile to make sure they are enjoying their time in the shop and that you are available for whatever they need or questions they may have.
• Assisting customers in a retail setting with an eager-to-help attitude, ensuring them a happy and positive shopping experience.
• Keeping products stocked and organized.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitized environment front and back of the store.
• At closing, make sure everything is back in its place, clean, and ready for the morning staff at opening.
• Responsible for appearing at all scheduled shifts and on time.
• Training new staff and taking inventory.
• Holding staff accountable, assigning and walking off side work while on duty.
• Keeping direct communication with the corporate office of stores operations, orders, inventory, and other needs.
• Responsible for ensuring the stores' daily functions are operating properly.
• Expressing a confident leadership character with their teammates, encouraging, challenging and motivating them to success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
