Overview
OCI is seeking a positive, highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the company process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies, and will be adept at implementing projects effectively within our organization. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget.
Duties
· Project Planning : Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, as well as define project scope, objectives, and deliverables efficiently.
· Project Team Leadership: Lead and motivate all teams, including site supervisors, engineers, and support staff.
· Resource Allocation : Allocate resources such as labor, materials, and equipment, while also coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
· Quality Control : Ensure that project activities meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
· Risk Mitigation : Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
· Communication ; Maintain open lines of communication including with senior management, team, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, and provide regular updates on project progress.
· Safety : Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years of progressive experience in build-to-order manufacturing management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity in computer/PM software
- Knowledge of scope management and project planning best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through the project lifecycle while using and expanding established methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
