Responsibilities
Kforce's client in the F&B space is searching for a System Administrator in Sugarland, TX. Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and optimize virtual server environments, to ensure high availability and performance
- System Administrator will manage and support a broad spectrum of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, 365, and Exchange
- Administer, and troubleshoot issues within Azure MS 365 cloud services, and end-user accounts
- Oversee and maintain Active Directory, ensuring secure and efficient user account management, group policy, and security
- Utilize Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for system deployment and/or other tools for application management, and security updates
- Ensure systems and network security through the use of advanced tools such as Qualys and CrowdStrike, assisting in monitoring regular audits and implementing necessary patches and updates
- Provide expert-level support for escalated issues and complex technical inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and support of IT services
- As a System Administrator, you will document processes, procedures, and system configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure compliance with industry best practices as required by management
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents
Requirements
- Experience in managing multiple data center environments
- Experience with VMware
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
