Role Overview

The Analyst will play a key role in client advisory services. This full-time, in-office position in Austin, TX combines accounting expertise with strategic financial analysis to support our firm’s growth and enhance client outcomes.

• Client Financial Analysis
• Analyze client financial statements and investment portfolios to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Advisors to create strategic financial plans aligned with client goals.
• Prepare clear, actionable reports and presentations for clients.
• Client Onboarding Support
• Reconcile client financials between client provided reports and Redbud produced reports
• Assist with establishing and maintaining client data links
• Coordinate with Reporting team
• Collaborate with Reporting team to determine taxation treatment of various transactions from client investments
• Provide context on investment classifications, rate of return metrics, and historical performance
  

• CPA designation 
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably at a Big Four accounting firm
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and tools like QBO, Excel, and Sheets.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and regulatory standards.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High integrity and discretion with sensitive financial data.
• Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  

• Annual salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 based on experience
• Quarterly performance-based bonuses up to 3% of annual salary
